The main character among wines of our winery. A vibrant, intense and austere wine with a rich and varied aroma of spices, from rose pepper to cinnamon and coconut.
Great elegance on the palate, leaving space to a long and silky tannin, supported by a monumental acidity.

Vinification: grapes are harvested manually and fermented in stainless steel

tanks at controlled temperature. After dregs removal, the wine is transferred to French oak

barriques for 12 months. Fermentation continues for further 6 months in bottles.
